Shipping for smaller items is via Australia Post or TNT Road Express for larger items.

The customer will need to provide a correct shipping name, shipping address, contact name, contact phone number and email address for delivery.


All smaller items shipped via Australia Post will be sent Express Post, unless the customer requests a different service. This allows for fast and efficient delivery and full tracking information.


Speedhawk quotes for items to be shipped to a business address, capable of taking delivery during business hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have suitable lifting equipment available at the delivery address. Speedhawk can quote for delivery of a suitable truck with lifting equipment if required. Most of our tow units are very heavy and will require a forklift or similar to lift and move.

Tracking information is available for all items shipped via the above methods.

If a missed delivery occurs, TNT charge Speedhawk a missed delivery fee, which is not accounted for in the shipping quote, as we like to keep the shipping as low as possible. The customer will be responsible for this fee, should a missed delivery occur.


Australia Post and TNT do not insure items that they handle. If insurance is required, the customer must request an insurance quotation to be included in the tax invoice. Insurance is calculated at approximately 2% of the value of the goods. Once the item leaves Speedhawk's facility, it is the customers responsibility.


Whilst every endeavor is taken to ensure speedy delivery, some areas may require additional time to reach their destination.
