ADAPTOR ALIGNMENT GUIDE

Improperly aligned Adaptors are responsible for broken lanyard cables and difficulty moving the aircraft in straight lines.

CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT GUIDE

Clutch adjustment for EZ40, KEYEZ, THUNDERVOLT and SUPERTOW I, PRO, III, IV.

When first assembling your unit, the clutch will need to be adjusted a few times as the drive belt breaks in.

As the machine gets older, it may feel like it is losing power.  This is almost always solved by a clutch cable adjustment.

When replacing the clutch cable be sure to run the cable between the belt and the machine frame.

EZ40 UNPACKING GUIDE

Your Powertow comes packaged in a reusable, re-enforced cardboard box.  The box and all of the internal components may be reused if the machine ever needs to be shipped later.

TIRE REPAIR

Changing a Powertow or Supertow tire can be challenging.  Proper tire busting tools are recommended to reduce difficulty and help prevent damage to the new tire.

If you do not fee comfortable with changing the tire, contact your local tire shop or lawn mower repair shop for assistance.

NOSE WHEEL MEASUREMENT SHEET

Occasionally, we come across a new (or variant) nose wheel hook-up.

For these, we can usually create a custom adaptor.  To do this we will need fairly precise measurements. Calipers are preferred over rulers as the better the measurements, the better the fit.  Please fill out and email the document back to us.
