EZ40 POWERTOW
This is our biggest selling tow unit and extremely easy to operate. The Powertow units are usually set-up to move one type of aircraft easily and safely.
We believe that these are the easiest, most manoeuvrable, cost effective, self contained unit in the market place.
The unit is shipped in a cardboard box 110cm x 51cm x 54, weighing approximately 48kg.

Fully self contained, Briggs and Stratton 6.75hp, avgas powered, easy pull start engine - no batteries to go flat.
All operational controls located on the handle.
Feather touch clutch, allows the unit to move an aircraft extremely gently.
Safety ‘release to stop’ clutch set-up.
Exclusive Powertow quicksilver transmission - Forward, Neutral and Reverse selections.
Easy assembly- attach the handle, clutch cable, gear selector, lanyard cable and throttle and the unit is ready to use - don’t forget the oil and fuel!
Extension Bar Kit - Used for aircraft with nose wheel spat or fairing. Cessna, Piper, Mooney or Beech.
Scott Tailwheel Extension Bar Kit - Used for tailwheel aircraft that utilise the Scott tailwheel set-up.
Castor Wheel Kit - The castor wheels attach at the rear of the tow unit. They have no affect on the towing of your aircraft, they make moving your Powertow when not attached to the aircraft a breeze.
Ideal for all Single engine aircraft with and without nose wheel spats/fairings (C150 thru C210, PA38 thru PA32, Cirrus, Bonanza, Mooney, Diamond, Y52/CJ6 etc), small to medium twin engine aircraft (PA44, PA30/39, B76, B55, C310, C336/7, etc) and all Scott equipped tailwheel aircraft (PA18, PA25, C170, C180/185, etc), Extra 300/L, Tigermoth, Auster and Birddog.
